Top Management; Responsible for the health and safety policy's effectiveness, ensuring it is integrated into all aspects of Exalit’s operations. Managers and Supervisors; Responsible for implementing health and safety practices in their areas, ensuring employees adhere to safety procedures. Project Personnel; Take personal responsibility for their own health and safety and that of their colleagues by adhering to safety practices and reporting hazards or incidents.

The Policy

This policy affirms Exalit’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injuries, ill health, and creating a culture of safety that engages every employee in the continuous improvement of health and safety performance.
